Original Paintings
Each painting is carefully wrapped with protective packaging and shipped in a sturdy box.
We ship all paintings using a reputable courier
with full tracking service and requires a signature on arrival.
UK Shipping is included in the price - please allow 3-10 working days
International shipping - please contact us via email for international shipping quotes.
For delivery outside the UK, please allow 7-20 working days.
Limited Edition Prints
A3 prints are wrapped in an archival cellophane sleeve, shipped flat in a rigid envelope.
A2 and larger sizes are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, shipped in a protective tube.
Free UK Shipping please allow 3-7 working days.
For international delivery outside the UK, please allow 7-14 working days.

Handling Your Print
A2 and larger sizes - to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork we wrap each print in acid free tissue paper, before being loosely rolled inside a protective tube. When you receive your print, take care to remove it from the tube, pulling gently on the tissue paper from one end. We recommend that the print is not left inside the tube for long periods of time.

Lost Items?
If your artwork does not arrive after 10 days of dispatch for the UK and 20 days for the rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service marked 'unclaimed by the receiver' will require additional postage costs to be paid before resending.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any returns in transit or be held responsible for addresses filled in incorrectly.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your print (s) you may return the artwork for a full refund minus postal charges. Please use a tracked courier service and ensure the print (s) are in their original condition and packaging. Once received we will pay the refund within 14 days. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Are the prints mounted?
No, but we size them to standard A3 for convenience or larger standard A sizes where specified.
About our Giclée prints...
Each artwork is printed on 290 gsm environmentally friendly bamboo paper using archival inks. Sizes are A3 as standard unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Each print run is limited to 20 unless stated. All prints are signed and numbered by the artist.
Your print will arrive wrapped in acid free tissue paper and will need to be carefully removed from its protective tube. Avoid touching the print as much as possible and ensure your hands are thoroughly clean.
Please note that prints are sold unframed, the sample shot of each artwork is used for the buyers reference
Is my Giclée print order carbon neutral?
